Terms & Conditions

• All students must complete the registration process to enroll in a course.
• Students are expected to maintain appropriate behavior, punctuality, and respect towards instructors and fellow musicians.
• The Academy reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student who violates our code of conduct.

• All tuition fees must be paid in advance before the commencement of classes or batch scheduling.
• Demo class fees (₹499) are non-refundable upon completion, but are fully adjusted against course fees upon subsequent enrollment.
• The Academy reserves the right to modify fee structures with prior notice to students and guardians.

• Classes are delivered online via high-definition video conferencing.
• It is the student's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and functioning equipment (camera, microphone, tuned musical instrument).
• The Academy is not liable for technical issues on the student's end that result in missed class time.

• All course materials, musical notations, audio/video recordings, and proprietary curriculum provided by the Academy are the intellectual property of Harita Music Academy.
• Students may not distribute, reproduce, sell, or share these materials publicly without explicit written permission from the Academy administration.

Harita Music Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our educational services, website, or technical interfaces.

The Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon publication.
